Power-only and camper moving services from Task Force Transport & Logistics are designed to transport your RV, camper, or trailer with ease. In this service, we provide the truck to haul your trailer, while you provide the trailer itself. This is ideal for moving campers or RVs over long distances, whether between seasonal locations, to or from dealerships, or for delivery to new owners.
Task Force Transport & Logistics takes care of safely connecting the truck to the trailer and delivering it to your specified destination. You’re responsible for the trailer’s condition, including loading, unloading, and any required maintenance. This service is perfect for RV owners who want to move their vehicle without the stress of driving it long distances themselves.

1. PRE-MOVE INSPECTIONBefore we hit the road, we conduct a thorough check of your camper’s tires, brakes, lights, and hitch system. We verify that everything is secured and ready for safe transport.
2. HITCHING & SECURINGOur team ensures the proper hitching of your camper, whether it’s a fifth wheel, gooseneck, or ball hitch. We’ll also confirm that all safety chains, breakaway cables, and electrical connections are correctly set up.
3. PRE-MOVE PREPARATIONAs we transport your camper, we continuously monitor tire pressure, check for any signs of shifting loads, and ensure that the entire unit remains safe throughout the journey. We plan the route to avoid low clearance areas and narrow roads, ensuring a smooth trip.
4. IN-TRANSIT CAREUpon arrival, we do more than just drop off the camper. We help position it in the designated resting area, ensuring it is level and secure. For example, we’ll help place wheel chocks, extend stabilizers, and even assist with connecting utilities like water and power if necessary, so your camper is ready to go.
5. FINAL SET UPBefore transport, we do more than just hook up the camper. We ensure that everything is properly prepared for a safe journey. This includes checking that the camper is securely positioned and level, placing wheel chocks, retracting stabilizers, and making sure all utility connections like water and power are safely disconnected. Our goal is to ensure the camper is fully secured and road-ready before we begin transport.
6. POST-MOVE INSPECTIONAfter the camper is set in place, we perform a final inspection to ensure everything is as it should be, giving you peace of mind that your camper is secure and ready for use.
PRE-TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS

To ensure proper planning and resource allocation, we require a minimum of 1 day’s notice prior to the scheduled transport date. For weekend moves, please confirm by Friday at 9:30 AM.

Provide valid proof of ownership for the trailer, such as a title document, bill of sale, or leasing agreement, to confirm the trailer can be legally transported.

The trailer must have a current and valid registration, along with up-to-date license plates, in accordance with applicable state and provincial laws. This ensures that the trailer meets all legal requirements for towing on public roads, including compliance with vehicle identification standards, registration fees, and road safety regulations. Failure to maintain proper registration and valid license plates may result in fines, penalties, or the trailer being deemed ineligible for use in transportation services.

At Task Force Transport & Logistics, we always recommend that clients maintain their own comprehensive insurance. This ensures that, in the event of a claim, their insurance can respond quickly, with any neccesary subrogation handled afterward. However, since the cargo will be under our care, custody, and control, rest assured that your cargo insurance will extend to cover it.

Provide detailed pickup and delivery information, including exact addresses, contact details, and any special instructions for loading or unloading.

Ensure the trailer is roadworthy prior to our arrival to prevent delays and ensure smooth transport. This includes checking brakes, lights, tires, securing systems, and weight compliance. We will also conduct a safety check when coupling the trailer.
