Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for landscape supply delivery from Task Force Transport & Logistics, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation and Final Sale:

   • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the order is confirmed and dispatched for delivery.

   • It is the customer's responsibility to verify all items, quantities, and delivery details upon order confirmation. Any discrepancies must be reported before dispatch.

   • Task Force Transport & Logistics will make every reasonable effort to fulfill the order as specified. However, in case of inventory issues, we will notify the customer promptly and offer alternatives.

2. Delivery Location and Accessibility:

   • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for unloading the landscape supplies. This includes adequate clearance for the delivery vehicle and the presence of a stable, flat, and safe surface.

   • Customers must ensure that there are no obstacles (e.g., parked vehicles, overhanging trees, low-hanging wires, etc.) that may obstruct the delivery process or cause delays.

   • Special delivery considerations must be communicated in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling at the customer’s expense.

3. Liability:

   • Delivery and Handling: Task Force Transport & Logistics will exercise due care and make every reasonable effort to deliver the ordered supplies as requested, however, delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, equipment malfunction, or other factors outside of our control will not result in liability for Task Force Transport & Logistics.

   • Damage to Property: Task Force Transport & Logistics is not liable for any damages to the customer’s property, including but not limited to driveways, lawns, gardens, landscaping, or surrounding structures, during the delivery and unloading of landscape supplies.

   • Unloading Process: The customer acknowledges that Task Force Transport & Logistics is not responsible for any damage to the property caused during the unloading process, including but not limited to damage to driveways, structures, landscaping, or any other surrounding areas. The customer agrees to ensure the delivery site is clear of obstacles or hazards that could cause damage or delays.

   • Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Task Force Transport & Logistics, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the delivery process, including any property damage, personal injury, or delays related to the delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on scheduling, weather, road conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

   • The customer is not required to be present unless payment is being made upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable or chooses to prepay online, the delivery will proceed as scheduled.

5. Payment and Billing:

   • Payment is due before the delivery is made. The customer may pay through our online store or on-site during delivery.

   • Accepted payment methods include:

     • Online Payment: Through the Task Force Transport & Logistics online store.

     • On-Site Payment: Cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit.

   • Payment must be completed before the landscape supplies are dropped off at the delivery location.

   • Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement:

   • By confirming this order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined above.

   • All sales are final, and the customer will not request a refund or exchange for the delivered landscape supplies.
